Sports Massage Therapy & Injury Management
Sports Massage Therapy & Injury Management
At The Recovery Room Cardiff, we’re passionate about delivering the highest standard of care to support your training, lifestyle, and recovery from injury. Whether you’re an athlete, a gym-goer, or simply dealing with everyday aches and pains, our focus is helping you move better, feel stronger, and recover properly.
We offer a wide range of evidence-based treatments, including Sports Massage, Exercise Rehabilitation, Medical Acupuncture, Dry and Soft Cupping, Kinesiology and Athletic Taping, IASTM, Electrotherapy, and Ultrasound Therapy, with additional services continually being introduced to meet our clients’ needs.
Our clinic is conveniently located inside The Colosseum Gym in Gwaelod-y-Garth, Cardiff — just two minutes from the A470 — with free on-site parking available.
We provide comprehensive injury assessments and rehabilitation sessions to help you return to pain-free, functional movement. Rehabilitation, prehabilitation, and goal-specific training programmes are also available to support long-term performance and injury prevention.
Our goal is simple: to support you in the best way possible — whether that’s reducing pain, improving movement and performance, or giving you an hour to switch off and focus on yourself.
For us, this is more than just a job — it’s a responsibility to every person who walks through our doors. We are committed to delivering the highest standard of care while doing everything we can to support an efficient, effective recovery.
We’re not a clinic that up-sells appointments or creates dependency. Instead, we focus on educating and empowering our clients, giving you the knowledge and tools to look after your body beyond the treatment room.
All treatment techniques are included within the session cost, meaning there are no hidden fees or surprise add-ons — just honest, transparent care.
We’re incredibly proud of The Recovery Room, and we’re confident you’ll feel the difference from your very first visit.
